- Willingness to travel pan India for installations & service.
- Take safety extremely seriously & follow defined safety measures (All PPE to be provided by the company).
- Attend work on the schedule established per site & without excessive absenteeism.
- Should be able to work at height and on scaffoldings/ladder.
- Ensure all parts, components, spares, hand & power tools are carefully handled on & off site.
- Should be timely in executing all jobs.
- Should ensure a clean work area at site daily after day’s work.
- Should carry knowledge pertaining to the mechanical industry and prior experience working with heavy objects.
Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
- Conduct on site inspections to assess installation requirements and feasibility.
- Oversee the delivery, assembly and installation of the product ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.
- Provide technical support to the team and assist in training new members.
- Maintain records, log books, other documentation needed related with the site.
Electronics & Communications Engineer
Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic components into the product.
- Install and configure control panels, Sensors, and communication systems.
- Conduct testing and quality checks on electronic components to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic issues during installation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to team members.

Job Description
- Should know the process of alignment of laser tools, spirit level indicator, plumb bobs etc.
- Should know basic welding and should be capable of examining welds for quality check.
- Use disc grinder to cut sheet metal and other activities like smoothen out welds, grind parts prior to weld etc.
- Should follow instructions given by the site engineer and assist the team with all activities at site.
- Should maintain a record of the daily work done at site.
- Since the product uses expensive & fragile materials, the fitter should make sure all parts of the elevators to be handled carefully on site.
Welder
Job Description
- Access area to be welded by climbing ladder/scaffolding is a must.
- Should take charge of the team as a foreman and assist them with the assembly of the elevator.
- Experience of working with Stainless steel is a must.
- Should know the process of alignment using laser tools, plumb bobs, spirit level indicators, etc.
- Use a disc grinder to smoothen out weld, grind parts prior to weld and also cut sheet metal when required.
- Should be able to weld in both flat & vertical planes.
- Should examine the welded area for quality check.
Semi-Skilled Helper
Job Description
- Should assist the site engineer, welder/foreman, and fitter with all the activities on site.
- Since the product uses expensive & fragile materials, the helper and the team should make sure all parts of the elevator are handled carefully on site.
- Should assist the team in any kind of jobs delegated to him.
